Palamatic manipulators offer a unique handling
solution for work areas where handing directly from overhead may not be
possible. Manipulators have the advantage of reach in and reach under
ability in restricted and close quarters work areas, areas that cannot be
accessed by a crane, hoist or vacuum lift tube system.
End tooling can include vacuum, mechanical or powered gripping.
Additional tooling functions can include rotating or pitching. The
manipulator arms can be locked in place during such operations for precision
placement, pouring or dispensing.
Optional features include a wide range of
manual or powered control functions and payload weighing.
Low headroom versions are also
available for working under mezzanines, overhead piping or production
equipment.
