Palamatic PneuLifts are a new idea in the industrial handling world.  PneuLifts combine the tooling, control and manipulation features of our manipulators in a compact, light weight and easy to maneuver lifting device that is tailored to your specific handling application.

PneuLifts use a pneumatic cylinder with an external bearing rod to handle payloads from 10 to 800 pounds in both light and heavy industrial environments.

Optional lift control features include:

• Powered lifting and lowering
• Automatic balancing
• Preset balancing
• Any combination of the above
• Increasing or decreasing load weight for pouring

These control systems give precise control with the greatest flexibility according to each handling application.

Tooling options include:

• External gripping or clamping
• Internal gripping or clamping
• Vacuum
• Magnetics
• Simple mechanical tools such as hooks, forks
• Any useful combination of the above

Tooling manipulation can include:

• Pitching
• Flipping
• Horizontal rotation

PneuLifts give the operator precise control when lifting fragile or delicate loads.

PneuLifts can be floor mounted from a light weight enclosed track jib crane or articulating crane, overhead mounted from an enclosed track crane, or mounted on a Palamatic PalTrac stainless steel clean room crane.

Low noise levels and low maintenance make Palamatic PneuLifts acceptable in a wide range of handling environments.

The machines are manufactured in painted mild steel and stainless steel to 316L cGMP for food and beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical requirements.
