Palamatic's HCL2000 range of handling capacity lifting systems offer the widest range of standard solutions for handling heavy and awkward payloads such as large sheet materials, heavy drums, rolls, signature logs, precast concrete components, containers, refractories and other  payloads to over 1,000 pounds.

With two standard control heads and a variety of additional special control handle options, our HCL2000 lifters can be adapted to a wide range of motion situations that improve worker ergonomics and handling productivity.  Control valves are available in "stay put" configuration for precise control of identical weight payloads or in variable weight versions that handle different weight payloads with equal ease of control.

Extended control handles separate the operator at a safe working distance from large and heavy loads that restrict visibility.  Palamatic HCL lifters are heavy duty but not heavy handed.  Large and heavy payloads can be handled delicately and precisely, avoiding payload or equipment damage.

HCL2000 range of features include:

• Single, double and triple tube assemblies to meet capacity and payload characteristics
• Universal joint mounting for improved payload articulation and reduced lift tube flexion and wear
• Quick change quick release couplings for control heads and tooling
• Angle adaptor for 90° manual pitching rotation

• A mechanical hook tool bar for lifting hook-able payloads without the use of vacuum gripping

Special custom tooling and vacuum cups can be designed and built for your unique handling application.  Tooling can be designed to include powered or manual functions for pitching, turning or rotating payloads for optimum positioning.  Tooling can also be designed to handle multiple payloads in one lift.

HCL2000 lift tubes are available in a range of diameters to meet the exact requirements of your application based on tooling weight, payload porosity, available surface area for vacuum cups and the weight of your payload.  Standard vertical lifting strokes are 66 or 94 inches.

HCL2000 lifters are available in painted mild steel, 304 and 316  stainless steel to cGMP pharmaceutical cleanliness standards.  Lift tube options include seamless covering for sanitary work areas and heavy duty covering for the most rugged industrial environments.
